The Initial Consultation

This 2-hour meeting may be all that you require to help you initiate plans for your home project. I offer advice on paint colors, finishes, window treatments, space layout, and priority planning. I also bring various samples depending on your needs.

Alternatively, this meeting is the first step in establishing your needs, desires, and scope of work for your project. We’ll discuss ideas and your investment amount to create a plan that will turn your dreams into reality before proceeding to the next level of services.

Initial consultation fees are $100/hour with a minimum of 2 hours.

Following on from the initial consultation, we’ll schedule a time that is good for you to allow me take measurements of the space along with any and all furniture that will be staying in the space.

Once I have all the accurate measurements needed for your project, I will create a floor plan with furniture layout and/or 3D renderings, along with a mood board and a list of the next steps.

Once your design’s complete, we’ll schedule a presentation meeting. At this meeting, I will show you my vision and suggestions for your space. From there, we can discuss the necessary steps to turn the vision into reality. Moving forward, I will help you with the details of the design, from choosing finishes and furniture to selecting lighting and accessories.
A 50% retainer is required for design services as I only take on a limited number of clients at a time. Each project is unique, with pricing that is based on the amount of detail requested and charged at my hourly design rate.

Package #1 - One Room Package Use what You Have with Space Planning & Layout Design

In this package, we will rethink your space, “shop” your home and repurpose items you already own.

Concept drawings of your space with 2 options for layout
Scope of work, considerations for the design, inspirational photos & a list of next steps
1 hour presentation meeting & one revision (up to 3 changes are included)

Package #1 starts from $450 and is based on the size of your space & specified requirements.

Package #2 - One Room Package with Space Planning & Sourced Items

This package is especially popular with clients who need help to implement their vision.

Concept drawings of your space with 2 options for layout
Scope of work, considerations for the design, inspirational photos & a list of next steps
Sourcing of all items from retailers/local suppliers &/or online sites so you can purchase items on your own
1 hour presentation meeting & one revision (up to 3 changes to layout only)
3d design of your space presented in meeting

Package #2 starts from $600 and is based on the size of your space & specified requirements.

Package #3 - Full Design Services & “Room Reveal”

In this ultimate package, McMorrow Designs handles all the details from start to finish giving you peace of mind that your project will be done right the first time.

Concept drawings of your space with 2 options for layout
Scope of work, considerations for the design, inspirational photos & a list of next steps
Sourcing of all items from retailers/local suppliers &/or online sites
3d design of your space presented in presentation meeting
1 hour presentation meeting & one revision (up to 3 changes to layout only)
Project management: follow up on orders; arrange & receive deliveries
Installation of furnishings & styling for “Reveal Day”

Package #3 starts from $1,000 and is based on the size of your space & specified requirements.
